REALMS
a group show
REALMS is a group exhibition at JVDW gallery in Düsseldorf featuring seventeen local and international artists from different artistic fields. This exhibition showcases a diverse range of works, including photography, ceramics, painting, and video that explore the boundaries of each medium.
As the title suggests, REALMS refers to enclosed realms of knowledge, influence, or activity – different territories, each with its own boundaries and limitations. By bringing together these different territories and showcasing what emerges and develops within them, the exhibition transcends these boundaries, offering new perspectives and approaches to both the viewer and the artists themselves.
REALMS allows these different worlds to enter into a dialogue and communicate with each other, creating a fused space that serves as a playground for new ideas and exchanges. This exhibition presents an opportunity to view various worlds side by side and experience the unique ways in which artists use different mediums to explore common themes.
Join us at JVDW gallery in the heart of Düsseldorf’s art metropolis to discover the new territory and perspectives that emerge when diverse artistic positions and mediums come together.
